Motorola is gearing up to launch one of its slimmest smartphones yet, with leaks hinting at the Edge 70 Pro. The upcoming device is expected to rival the thinnest flagships from Apple and Samsung. While Motorola has so far only confirmed a “Moto X70 Air” for the Chinese market, reports indicate the same device could launch globally as the Motorola Edge 70 Pro. A teaser video has also been shared by the company, revealing the phone’s slim profile.

A promotional video shared by tipster Evan Blass highlights the device’s ultra-slim profile, hinting it may measure under 6 mm, putting it in direct competition with the rumoured “iPhone Air” and “Galaxy S25 Edge”.  The video also teases a dedicated AI button, which may unlock new smart functions, though details remain scarce.

Moto Edge 70 Pro specifications (Leaked)

According to early reports, the Edge 70 Pro will feature a triple-camera setup housed in a rectangular module on the top-left corner, along with an LED flash. The lenses are teased to be surrounded by lime-green accents, adding a stylish contrast to the design. The back panel also appears to have a textured finish, which could improve grip and fingerprint resistance.

Unlike the curved screens seen on earlier Edge models, the upcoming smartphone seems to adopt a flatter display, which many users may find more practical.

Motorola’s ongoing partnership with Pantone will likely continue, with the teaser showcasing a bold green colourway. More shades are expected at launch.

While Motorola has not yet confirmed specifications, launch dates, or pricing, early buzz around the Edge 70 Pro’s ultra-thin design and AI features suggests it could be one of the most interesting premium smartphones of 2025.
