LG releases official teaser of G3 smartphone on YouTube
HIGHLIGHTS

The new teaser video shows a metallic body and improved camera sensors on the G3, which will be released in two weeks.

South Korean manufacturer LG, has already started a teasing campaign for its flagship smartphone G3. The company released an official teaser on YouTube yesterday. LG will launch the G3 on May 27 at events in London, New York and San Francisco. Seoul, Singapore and Istanbul will witness the G3 launch next day.

The video shows G3 featuring a metallic finish just like the HTC One (M8) but we are not sure whether the material is plastic or aluminium. Other elements like camera lens, buttons, rear and front speaker grills, and the phone’s earpiece are highlighted in the video. The phone definitely looks great.

If the previous leaks are to be believed, G3 will feature a Quad HD screen, a 2.5GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM and a 13MP rear camera with Super Zoom. LG is likely going to be the first company among major manufacturers to come out with a flagship smartphone that features a Quad HD display.

LG is also expected to come out with a new revamped UI on its G3 smartphone. It will compete against strong competitors like Samsung’s Galaxy S5, Sony Xperia Z2 and HTC One (M8).
