Leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini specs show Snapdragon 400 chipset
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini may be powered by a Snapdragon 400 chipset, running on the latest Galaxy Mega 6.3 phablet.
Even as Samsung readies for its June 20 event, fresh information about the rumoured Galaxy S4 mini have emerged on the web. The latest round of details comes through AnTuTu’s info screens, which show all the specifications the benchmark detected.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini sports model number I9195 and has a screen with qHD resolution with 240ppi. The phone runs Android 4.2.2. on a Snapdragon 400 chipset – dual-core Krait 200 at 1.7GHz. It has 1.5GB RAM and Adreno 305, the same chipset on the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. The built-in storage of the S4 mini has been listed as 5GB, so it could 8GB overall.
The AnTuTu benchmarks show 8MP rear camera and 2.1MP front-facing camera. The latest information falls in line with the previous leaked details about the Galaxy S4 mini. According to reports, the company will launch four versions of the smartphone – I9195 with LTE support, a I9150 model with Exynos 5 chipset (dual-core Cortex-A15 @ 1.6GHz), a I9192 dual-SIM, and the I9198 for the Chinese market.
