Karbonn Mobiles has launched the dual-core Smart A27+ with a 5 inch IPS display and Android Jelly Bean OS.
Karbonn Mobiles has quietly launched a new Android mobile, called the Smart A27 . It is currently available online via popular retailers. The Karbonn Smart A27 has a 5.0-inch display with a 540 x 960 pixel resolution. The device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. It supports dual SIM (GSM GSM) with dual standby functionality.
The Karbonn Smart A27 has 512MB of RAM, 4GB of onboard storage expandable via microSD card slot (up to 32 GB), an 8.0 MP rear camera as well as a VGA front facing camera for video calling. The device offers advanced connectivity features like GPRS, EDGE, 3G and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) with support for Wi-Fi hotspot/tethering.
It has a 2,000mAh battery that according to the company delivers 7 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time on 2G. The Karbonn Smart A27 is available in black and white colours. The budget android device is available now across online stores for Rs 8,999. The mobile comes in the same price segment and will face tough competition from the Micromax Canvas 2 and Celkon Signature HD.
Karbonn has recently launched the Titanium S9, a mid-range mobile with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. The mobile has a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and runs on the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. It comes with 16GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD card support. It has a 13MP rear camera as well as a front facing camera. The Titanium S9 is priced at Rs.19,999.
