Karbonn A12+ smartphone launched, boasts of Android 4.2, dual-core processor and 3G connectivity.
Karbonn’s new budget smartphone, called the Karbonn A12 , is available via Flipkart for Rs 4,999.
Karbonn A12 has a 4-inch IPS display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It comes with 512MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card support. Connectivity wise, the smartphones comes with dual SIM, 3G, Bluetooth, USB and WiFi. It has a 5MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera for video calling. Karbonn has packed a 1400 mAh battery in the smartphone.
Other features included are G sensor, proximity sensor, touch and swipe gesture, motion gaming support and a notification panel. The Karbonn A12 is available in white and black color options.
Karbonn had launched the Smart A11 earlier this year. The smartphone has a 4.7-inch FWVGA capacitive touch display with 854 × 480 pixels resolution. It runs on outdated Android 4.0 ICS OS platform and has a 1GHz dual-core processor. The device comes with 512MB of RAM, and 512MB internal memory, expandable via MicroSD up to 32GB.
The Smart A11 has a 3.2MP rear camera with LED Flash and a VGA front camera for video chatting. Connectivity wise the smartphone offers GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB support. The device comes pre-loaded with popular apps like Google Maps, Gtalk, TOI, Outlook Emails and Opera Mini browser. The Karbonn Smart A11 is available for Rs 5,499 on ecommerce site Flipkart.
