iQOO Z9s vs CMF Phone 1: Features, Price, and everything else
Recently, iQOO launched some more smartphones under its Z9 series. This was the new iQOO Z9s lineup that includes two smartphones; the iQOO Z9s and the iQOO Z9s Pro. In this article, I am going to compare the specifications and prices of the iQOO Z9s and the famous CMF Phone 1. The latter one is the first smartphone by Nothing’s sub-brand CMF. Both are budget smartphones that fall under the Rs 20,000 category. Let’s go!
iQOO Z9s vs CMF Phone 1
The iQOO Z9s comes with a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with 1080 x 2392 pixels resolution. This 10-bit panel supports HDR10+ and up to 120Hz refresh rate support. Moreover, this display has 1800 nits of peak brightness. On the other hand, the CMF Phone 1 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. This panel supports up to 120Hz refresh rate and has 2000 nits of peak brightness.
For performance, both smartphones are equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor. But the iQOO Z9s comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, whereas the CMF Phone 1 has up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Both smartphones also run on the latest Android 14-based UI skin. The CMF Phone 1 features the Nothin OS 2.5 and the iQOO Z9s feature the Funtouch OS 14.
For photography, you get a dual camera setup on both smartphones. In the iQOO Z9s, there is a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the other hand, the CMF Phone 1 also features the same camera setup, just that it doesn’t have OIS support. For selfies, both of them feature a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
Lastly, 5000mAh batteries power both smartphones but the iQOO Z9s supports 44-watt fast charging, and the CMF Phone 1 supports 33-watt fast charging.
What is the price difference?
CMF launched the Phone 1 in India at a starting price of Rs 16,999. Furthermore, the iQOO Z9s comes at a starting price of 19,999, and it will be available for purchase starting from August 29.
