iPhone SE 4 may not feature Home Button, but it is getting much more than you think
As per the new Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman, the next iPhone SE may not feature the home button.
It can also support Face ID which we haven't seen in the SE phone so far.
Along with that, it will also reportedly feature Apple Intelligence.
Last month, the most anticipated smartphones of the year were launched by Apple. Yes, I am talking about the iPhone 16 series which brought many new features, including the hardware and software. And now when the iPhone 16 is finally out, it’s time for the next iPhone SE. If reports are to be believed, Apple will launch the iPhone SE 4 next year, and it will see many upgrades over the current generation of the iPhone SE. The last iPhone SE was launched in 2022, and now it has been two years since Apple launched the last SE model. The upcoming iPhone SE is expected to lose the home button that we also saw in iPhones prior to the iPhone X, including the Action Button, and more.
iPhone SE 4 rumoured specifications
According to a new Bloomberg report by Mark Gurman, the next iPhone SE may not feature the home button. This means the iPhone SE 4 can look pretty much like the current standard iPhones. It might not feature a dynamic island but previous reports suggest it can look like iPhone 14 with a single camera on the back.
Further, Gurman stated in the report that the next iPhone SE will support Face ID which we haven’t seen in the SE phone so far. Along with that, it will also feature Apple Intelligence, which is only limited to the iPhone 16 series and iPhone 15 Pro models for now. If the iPhone SE 4 supports Apple Intelligence, it is a big upgrade in itself because Apple Intelligence requires power that only the A17 Pro chip and A18 series chips can deliver. Does it mean that the iPhone SE 4 will run on one of these chips? Well, time will tell.
Apart from that, there are many things that we can expect from the new iPhone SE 4. First of all, we can see a USB-C port and an Action Button. Next, it can be equipped with an OLED display this time along with a 48-megapixel main camera and 8GB RAM.
