The new Intex smartphone comes with quad-core processor, Android 4.2.2 OS and a 5-inch FWVGA display.
Intex Technologies has introduced a new Android smartphone. called the Aqua i6. Priced at Rs. 8,990, the new Intex smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek Cortex A7 quad-core chipset along with Mali-400 MP2 GPU and 512MB of RAM.
The Intex Aqua i6 a 5-inch FWVGA display and runs Androi 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. The smartphone has an 8MP rear camera with flash, 2MP front-facing camera, 4GB inbuilt storage and expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
The smartphone supports dual-SIM (GSM GSM), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, EDGE and 3G for connectivity. It packs with a 1,900mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 6 hours of talktime and standby time of up to 220 hours.
The Aqua i6 comes preloaded with a range of new apps including Bigflix, ZAPAK gaming platform, ‘Matrabhasha’ enables smartphone usage in 22 regional languages, and Intex Cloud app which gives free access to 5GB of space. The Intex Aqua i6 will be available in two colours black and white.
