iBall launches Andi 5C dual-SIM ICS smartphone at Rs. 12,999

iBall has announced the launch of its latest Android smartphone, Andi 5C, featuring a 5-inch IPS display. Priced at Rs. 12,999, the iBall Andi 5C supports dual-SIM and runs on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The iBall Andi 5C is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A9 processor. The device features 5MP autofocus rear camera, a front facing camera, built-in GPS, 4GB internal storage, microSD card slot that supports storage up to 32GB, 3G with HSUPA 5.76Mbps, HSDPA 7.2Mbps and a 2,300 mAh battery. iBall recently launched Andi 3e and 4d smartphones. The Andi 3e is priced at Rs. 6,990, while the Andi 4d comes for Rs. 9,490. The new iBall Andi 5C is being pitted against the likes of the Micromax Canvas A100, Wammy Note and Spice Stellar Horizon, which come with similar set of specifications.

The Micromax Canvas A100 features 5-inch touch display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution, dual-SIM (GSM GSM) with dual standby, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 1GHz dual-core processor, 5MP camera with LED Flash, 4GB internal storage, microSD card slot that supports storage up to 32GB, and a 2,000 mAh battery. Wicked Leak’s Wammy Note comes with dual-SIM support, 5-inch touch display with 800×480 pixels resolution, 1GHz processor, and 512MB of RAM. The device sports an 8MP camera with flash, 1.3MP front facing camera and a microSD card slot that supports storage up to 32GB.
