Huawei unveiled their latest flagship smartphones, the Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro on October 16. Alongside the launch, the company has quietly announced the Huawei Mate 10 Lite for European regions. The Mate 10 Lite is a European version of the Huawei Honor 9i and the Huawei Maimang 6, which were recently launched in India and China respectively..
The Mate 10 Lite was first spotted by the German website MobiFlip. Similar to its Indian variant, the Mate 10 Lite is powered by a Kirin 659 SoC and comes with 4GB of RAM. It sports 64GB of in-built storage, which can be further expanded upto 128GB via a microSD card. The Mate 10 Lite features a 5.9-inch Full View display at a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.
The main highlight of the smartphone is its dual front and rear camera setup. It sports 16MP + 2MP dual rear cameras and also comes with a 13MP + 2MP front camera setup. The Mate 10 Lite runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and is backed by a 3340 mAh battery.
The smartphone is priced at EUR 399 (Rs 30,500 approx, directly converted) and will be on sale in Germany starting November. It will be available in Prestige Gold, Graphite Black and Aurora Blue variants.
Huawei’s Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro and Porsche Edition are priced at €699 (Rs 53,500 approx, directly converted), €799 (Rs 61,500 approx, directly converted) and €1395 (Rs 1,06,706 approx, directly converted) respectively.
