HTC Zara specs leaked; detail 4.5-inch qHD dual-core mid-range smartphone
Photos and new specifications for a rumoured mid-range HTC smartphone have made an appearance on the web.
HTC’s another yet-to-be-announced smartphone, dubbed Zara, has made an appearance on the web. The latest set of leak comes from evleaks, revealing the rumoured smartphone’s specifications.
According to the leak, the HTC Zara will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8930 chipset with two Krait CPU cores running at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and an Adreno 305 GPU. The smartphone has 8GB built-in storage, but comes with a microSD card slot. The Zara is likely to run the latest Android along with Sense 5.5, making it the first device to feature the latest HTC software.
The HTC Zara is likely to come with 4.5-inch qHD display along with 8MP camera with a LED flash. There’s no detail on video-recording capabilities of the smartphone. The Zara is powered by a 2,100 mAh battery. The Zara is expected to have a plastic body, very similar to HTC’s Desire-series smartphones. The leaks show the smartphone will have front-facing BoomSound speakers.
The Zara is rumoured to go official in coming weeks, around the same time HTC’s other rumoured smartphone, One Max, is expected to be officially unveiled. The HTC One Max, which recently made an appearance on the web, is going to have a massive 5.9-inch display.
