HTC’s next flagship smartphone, HTC M7 a.k.a HTC One, has been making news for quite some time. The device, expected to revive fortunes for HTC, is among the most-anticipated device to be unveiled ahead of the MWC 2013. Last week we saw the company CEO revealing the phone amid M7! chants. While the last round of rumours claimed the device would be unveiled as the HTC One, the latest buzz is a leaked official press photo of the HTC One a.k.a M7.

The leaked photo, courtesy Evleaks, shows the full frontal view of the rumoured smartphone and gives a potential glimpse of what’s in store from the next HTC flagship smartphone. The photo shows the HTC One do away with the traditional three-button combo, and has back and home buttons below the display. Both buttons are touch-based while there’s dual-speakers on either side of the screen. Here’s the leaked image of the M7:

Other rumoured specifications of the smartphone are 4.7-inch 1080p HD display with a pixel density of 468ppi. It has the latest Sense UI v5.0. The device is expected to run Android 4.2 on a Qualcomm APQ8064 CPU with four 1.7GHz Krait cores and 2GB of RAM.

According to previous rumours, the smartphone will feature “ultrapixel” technology along with a 13MP sensor. An image allegedly taken from the device had also surfaced.

Well, all rumours and speculations will be put to rest when the company officially unveils the One at a February 19 event.
