Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sale is just around the corner and as always, there are some pretty interesting deals headed your way. One of the deals concerns Samsung’s flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S7. While the phone was launched at Rs. 48,900, buyers will be able to pick up the phone for Rs 29,990 during the Big Billion Day sale. On top of this, buyers can also avail an extra Rs 3000 off on exchanging their old smartphone.
While the Samsung Galaxy S7 may be last year’s flagship, it still packs quite a punch, especially when you take into account the price at which the phone will be available. The phone offers a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display and is powered by the company’s own Exynos 8890 with 4GB of RAM. The Octa-core SoC is built using the 14nm FinFET process.
At the back of the phone is a 12MP DualPixel camera, while at the front is a wide-angle 5MP camera. Both these cameras sport a f/1.7 aperture lens, which helps take better images in low light conditions. The phone is equipped with a 3000mAh battery that can be wirelessly charged. The Galaxy S7 features IP68 certification and offers water and dust protection. It should also be noted that while the phone was launched with Android Marshmallow, the company had started rolling out the Nougat update last year and the device will come with Nogat out of the box.
