The OnePlus 15R made its debut in the Indian market in December 2025. The handset was a performance-focused smartphone placed below the company’s flagship lineup. It arrived with a starting price of Rs 47,999 and positioned itself as a strong option under Rs 50,000. However, now only a few months after its debut, the handset may see a price revision in the country. According to tipsters, OnePlus could increase the market operating price of the device starting next month, which may change its value proposition for buyers planning a purchase. Here is everything we know so far about the price hike of the OnePlus 15R model.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav shared on X that the OnePlus 15R is going to see a price change. As per the information shared, the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is expected to be priced at Rs 51,999, which is a Rs 4,000 hike from its launch price of Rs 47,999. On the other hand, the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model is also expected to see a price hike to Rs 56,999, which is a Rs 4,000 increase from its launch price of Rs 52,999.

Another tipster, Debayan Roy, also shared similar information and said the price could go up by around Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000. The revised market operating price is expected to come into effect from March 1 across retail channels.
OnePlus 15R: Specs
The OnePlus 15R comes with a 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display that supports a refresh rate of 165Hz. Alongside this, the company has also provided Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on the display of the smartphone. In terms of processing, the smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. The smartphone also comes with Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU, Adreno 8-series GPU, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
The smartphone comes with OxygenOS 16.0, which is an Android skin based on Android 16. The smartphone also comes with a 7,400mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
In terms of camera specifications, the OnePlus 15R comes with a dual rear camera setup at the back of the smartphone that includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, along with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. For the front, the smartphone also comes with a 32MP front camera.

Talking about connectivity, the smartphone comes with Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, dual-band GPS with NavIC, an infrared remote control, dual nano-SIM slots, and a USB Type-C port.
