Celkon to soon launch A107 Signature One and Celkon C779 in the Indian market.
Celkon Mobiles is set to launch two phones in India this month. The Celkon A107 Signature One is a 5-inch smartphone whereas Celkon C779 is a basic feature phone.
The Celkon A107 Signature One features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen. The smartphone runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. It has 512MB of RAM.
The Celkon A107 has an 8MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. For connectivity options, the smartphone supports 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and mini USB for connectivity options. The smartphone is expected to hit store shelves later this week. The Celkon Signature One A107 is set to compete against the likes of Karbonn A25 and Micromax Viva A72 in the market.
The Celkon C779 is a basic feature phone powered by an 1800 mAh battery. The phone can also be charged with AAA battery for limited time.
As of now, there’s no official word on the pricing of the phones.
Celkon Mobiles recently launched the A119Q Signature HD, the successor to A119 Signature HD launched in the month of March. The smartphone comes with 5-inch (1,280×720 pixels) touchscreen display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU that is coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) for faster performance and browsing speed.
