BlackBerry Z30 appears in new video leak
HIGHLIGHTS

The BlackBerry Z30 has once again made an appearance ahead of the official rollout. This time a leaked HD video has hit the web, revealing front and rear as well as the UI.

Details about BlackBerry’s next flagship smartphone, dubbed Z30 (previously known as the A10), have once again surfaced on the web. The latest set of information comes through another leaked video that shows the forthcoming BlackBerry smartphone from all angles.

Leaked by user 4Leaksz, the new video shows reveals the 5-inch AMOLED display with five rows of app icons on the home screen. It’s notable the flagship BlackBerry Z10 has four rows of app icons on the 4.2-inch display. The clip also seems to corroborate previous leaks of 1.7GHz dual-core Krait CPU with quad-core Adreno GPU and microHDMI port support.

A sticker on the rear reveals the smartphone’s evaluation unit status, and surprisingly it reads “Property of Research In Motion Limited.” RIM had rebranded itself as BlackBerry in January this year. However, the company still uses the old name in some properties.

Other rumoured specifications of the BlackBerry Z30 include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, DLNA, NFC and Bluetooth. The BlackBerry Z30 is expected come with a dedicated button to activate voice control. The back panel of Z30 resembles the Q10.

There’s no word on when the smartphone will be made official. However, we expect it to happen later this year or early next year. In the meanwhile, check out below the alleged video of the Z30:
