Acer has decided to take a bite out of the budget smartphone market with the launch of two smartphones – the Acer Liquid Z630s and the Liquid Z530. Both the smartphones will be available exclusively on Flipkart. The Acer Liquid Z630s has a 5.5-inch 720p display, and is powered by the MediaTek MT6753 octa-core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM. A 4000mAh battery powers the entire package. The smartphone has 8MP cameras on both ends. It is priced at Rs. 10,999. Moving on to the Acer Liquid Z530, the device has a 5-inch 720p display, and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 16GB of built-in storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The Acer Liquid Z530 also has 8MP rear and front cameras. A 2420mAh battery powers the smartphone. The device is priced at Rs. 6,999.
