ExpertCenter P500 SFF: A compact business desktop
The ExpertCenter P500 SFF targets offices that need performance in a space-efficient chassis. The 8.6 litre tower runs up to 13th Gen Intel Core H-series processors and supports up to 64GB DDR5 RAM, dual PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSDs and an optional NVIDIA RTX A400 GPU for workstation-grade tasks. Asus claims it delivers higher performance while consuming up to 37 percent less power than traditional desktops, making it a strong fit for cost-sensitive deployments.
The desktop uses heat-pipe cooling and an optimised airflow layout designed to keep noise levels down even under heavy loads. Reliability is a central pitch here. The P500 is built on ASUS’s in-house motherboards with solid capacitors and carries MIL-STD 810H certification. The chassis is tool-free, helping IT teams service or upgrade components quickly.
Security is covered through TPM 2.0, a self-healing NIST-compliant BIOS and five years of firmware updates. McAfee+ Premium protection is bundled as well. Connectivity includes USB-A and USB-C ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6, along with the ASUS AI ExpertMeet suite that adds features like automated meeting notes, live transcription and AI noise cancellation.
ExpertCenter P400 AiO series
If desk space is a priority, the ExpertCenter P400 AiO lineup replaces the traditional tower-monitor setup with a cleaner, single-unit design. The P400 is available in two variants, the 23.8-inch P440VA and the 27-inch P470VA, both using Full-HD NanoEdge IPS panels with up to 100Hz refresh rate, 100 percent sRGB colour accuracy and TÜV Rheinland-certified low-blue-light protection. Touchscreen configurations are optional.
The AiO series runs up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 H-series processors and supports up to 64GB DDR5 memory along with dual PCIe Gen4 SSDs. A key functional feature is the HDMI-in port, which allows the AiO to act as an external display for laptops, CCTV feeds or set-top boxes. A dedicated switch lets users toggle between PC mode and HDMI input, making the system more flexible than a typical all-in-one.
For collaboration, the P400 includes a retractable IR camera with motion tracking, gaze correction and Windows Hello support. Dolby Atmos speakers and AI noise-cancelling microphones assist with clearer audio during calls, while the ASUS AI ExpertMeet software provides transcription and meeting summaries. The P470VA also includes a height-adjustable stand with tilt, swivel and pivot options for ergonomic setups.
Both AiO models are built to MIL-STD 810H standards and come with enterprise-grade protection via ASUS ExpertGuardian, TPM 2.0 and five years of BIOS and driver updates. Connectivity includes HDMI-in, HDMI-out, USB-A, USB-C, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, along with built-in cable management for a cleaner workstation.
Availability and pricing in India
The ExpertCenter P500 SFF starts at Rs 32,500 plus taxes, while the ExpertCenter P400 AiO series starts at Rs 41,500 plus taxes. Both are now available through ASUS commercial partners and authorised business channels.
