Apple is expanding its iCloud+ subscription in India by adding Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no extra cost. So, along with cloud storage, iCloud+ subscribers will now get access to Apple’s streaming service and its gaming platform. The expanded plan will also include Apple Music Select, which offers ad-free music stations. iCloud+ with Apple TV and Apple Arcade is rolling out this month. iCloud+ now includes Apple TV and Apple Arcade

iCloud+ users in India will now get access to Apple TV as part of their subscription. The service includes Apple Originals, movies, documentaries and family content.

Some of the titles available include Ted Lasso, The Studio, Severance, Pluribus and CODA. Apple TV can be accessed through the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV 4K, smart TVs and gaming consoles.

Apple Arcade will now also be included in iCloud+. Subscribers will get access to more than 200 games without ads or in-app purchases. The catalogue includes titles such as Hello Kitty Island Adventure, Sneaky Sasquatch, Angry Birds Reloaded and NBA 2K26 Arcade Edition. Apple Arcade games are available on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV 4K.

Apple Music Select also included

The expanded iCloud+ subscription will also give users access to Apple Music Select. It includes a collection of ad-free stations curated by Apple Music.

Users who want the full Apple Music experience can subscribe separately, with the Individual plan priced at Rs 115 per month and the Family plan costing Rs 145 per month.

iCloud+ plans and more details

iCloud+ will continue to offer cloud storage for photos, files, backups and other personal data. The 50GB plan starts at Rs 75 per month in India. Users can choose higher storage options based on their needs.

The subscription can also be shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing.

Apple TV and Apple Arcade will no longer be offered as separate subscriptions directly through Apple in India. “Users who currently subscribe to Apple TV or Apple Arcade individually will continue to have uninterrupted access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade through their iCloud+ subscription,” the iPhone-maker said.

Apple One will also no longer be available to new subscribers in India. Existing Apple One subscribers can continue using their current plans.

Airtel customers with eligible postpaid plans and an iPhone will also be able to access the expanded iCloud+ subscription. Existing Airtel users with Apple TV through eligible plans can move to the new bundle at no additional cost.
