Players will be able to participate in the Special Raid Weekend event in Pokemon Go from Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. local time; where they will encounter more frequent Raids and be able to earn twice the usual amount of Candy!
Niantic is all set to trigger the Pokemon Go Special Raid Weekend event which will go off on Saturday, giving players many new awesome benefits! Here's why you shouldn't miss it:
More Candy! (Sweet):
Along with the higher amount of candy earning, players above 40 will now also have a 3 X chance to receive Candy XL!
More Raids! (Let there be raids):
Not only players will get to participate in just more raids than usual but also 5-star and Mega-Raids!!
Legendary Trio Encounter!:
Added to the above-mentioned, the rare Pokemons : Regirock, Regice, and Registeel will be appearing in raids too "until Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time", as mentioned in Niantic's official update on the event.
