Luffy and his dream of becoming the Pirate King. He goes on a dangerous journey with his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, to search for the legendary One Piece treasure. Netflix has confirmed that One Piece season 3 is scheduled to premiere in 2027. However, the platform has not announced a specific release date yet. The third season will also follow the first two seasons in being released exclusively on Netflix.
One Piece season 3 plot
The upcoming season will feature the popular Alabasta storyline from the One Piece manga. A major part of the story will revolve around Princess Vivi and her home, the Kingdom of Alabasta. The new season will also introduce new locations and characters.
According to the official logline, a rebellion “threatens to tear the nation apart, fueled in secret by one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, the ruthless Sir Crocodile, and his underground syndicate Baroque Works, who seek to conquer Alabasta for themselves.”
The official description further says, “In a season defined by unbreakable bonds and impossible choices, the Straw Hats must face a brewing civil war and a powerful warlord to save Vivi’s kingdom before it crumbles into the sand.”
