Jujutsu Kaisen season 3: Storyline
The Culling Game arc in season three of Jujutsu Kaisen begins right after the Shibuya Incident when the world was sent into chaos. Kenjaku initiates the ancient ritual that traps sorcerers and civilians with cursed powers together in hazardous colonies, each of which has strict and deadly rules. Yuji Itadori, carrying Sukuna’s curse, fights with Megumi Fushiguro and friends to save people and stop the game from going on. Megumi explores the Tokyo Colony No. 1, looking deeper at his family’s past, as Yuta Okkotsu returns to hunt Kenjaku across the colonies.
New fighters are expected to emerge who will stop at nothing and question morals, while points decide life and death in this game. Friendships hang in the balance, and with it, the real price of power. The season further reveals Sukuna’s past and Kenjaku’s plan, racing against time in despair. For survival, sacrifices must be made; teamwork and clever strategies are required, hinting at even darker challenges to come.
