The in-ears are made using anodised Aluminium and feature a balanced damping system for better audio, says Xiaomi.
Xiaomi has expanded its audio devices portfolio in India with the launch of two new in-ear headphones. The company unveiled the Mi Earphones Mi Earphones and the Mi Earphones Basic priced at Rs 699 and Rs 399 respectively. Both the devices are available for purchase from the company’s website and the Mi Earphones come in Silver whereas the Mi Earphones Basic is available in Red and Black colour variants. As a launch offer, the company has discounted both the headphones by Rs 100.
Xiaomi Mi Earphones
As per the company’s website, the Xiaomi Mi Earphones sports metal sound chambers, which are made using a 20 step process that involves processes like diamond cutting, CD engraving, drawing and anodising on a piece of Aluminium. The device features a metal diaphragm and sports dynamic bass. It is said to make use of a new balanced damping system, which internally enhances its audio and airflow.
The headphone is resistant to discolouration and comes with a braided kevlar fiber cable. It also comes with a remote that features three buttons and a mic for controlling music and handling calls.
Xiaomi Mi Earphones Basic
The Mi Earphones Basic are entry-level headphones which are aiming to deliver decent audio performance on a budget. The company says that the device’s outer shell and sound chamber are made of Aluminum. Similar to the Mi Earphones, the Basic in-ear headphones also make use of the new damping system and come with an in-line mic with a button to control music and handle calls.
