WhatsApp is working on a new update that will display its heart emojis in a larger font.
The messaging platform is also working on updates that change the layout of other emojis as well.
There is no indication regarding the release of this.
According to a report by WaBetaInfo, Whatsapp is currently working on a new update to bring users new heart emojis (that will be larger than regular heart emojis). The website had earlier reported on the fact that the global messaging platform is working on an update that brings 8 new emoji layouts to users.

At this point, Whatsapp will not be releasing the new emojis as they are still being developed. However, the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.1.3 update showcases the large versions of hearts that the company is working on. Of course, the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.18.8 brought forth large heart emojis and this new update will make the effect consistent across all the hearts that are available.

The Whatsapp heart emoji update is currently available to Beta testers. It will be rolled out to the masses sometime in the future.
