Happiest Minds to develop App Store on DataWind's UbiSlate tablets
  • IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies will be developing applications and solutions for its UbiSlate range of tablets.

DataWind has entered into a partnership with IT firm Happiest Minds Technologies to develop cloud-based apps and solutions for its UbiSlate tablets. According to DataWind, the app store will be designed keeping in mind of first-time Android users. Under the partnership, both the companies will work together to create affordable mobile solutions for education and healthcare sectors.

DataWind has previously entered into various similar partnerships. Recently, the company tied up with not-for-profit education content provider, CK12, to pre-install educational content, including math and science material, on the UbiSlate tablets.

DataWind has also tied up with TES India in order to enable teachers share teaching and learning material as well as help students locate career guide for themselves.
