Description
The Samsung Galaxy A04e has been launched in India and it is priced at ₹9,299 for the base 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage variant. The phone also has a 3GB + 64 GB variant and a 4 GB + 128 GB variant listed on the Samsung India website. The phone has a large 6.5-inch display but it is capped at HD+ resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it houses an unnamed processor with an octa-core CPU which is rumoured to be the MediaTek Helio G35 – a decent enough budget processor for basic tasks. There’s no 5G support and you get support for expandable storage via microSD card. The phone houses a dual camera setup with a 13 MP primary shooter and a 2 MP secondary lens. There’s also a large 5,000 mAh battery which should last at least 2 days for casual phone users. This proves to be a promising enough budget device on paper, but we’ll know more once we test the camera, SoC speeds, and battery life.
