On paper the Nokia XL comparatively offers a good set of specifications. The areas where the XL falls short is the screen resolution, and its clunky Android UI, but everything else seems to work fine. It is also worth considering that even Motorola is coming up with a low budget smartphone, the Moto E, this month which is expected to arrive with almost similar specs under the Rs. 10k price bracket.
