Best Dolby Atmos soundbars under Rs 50,000 with true 3D surround sound
I started putting together this list while trying to find a Dolby Atmos soundbar for my own living room under Rs 50,000. While we have a sub-Rs 25,000 Dolby Atmos soundbar list, as we go up to the Rs 50K price range, we want a more complete Dolby Atmos surround sound experience. There are plenty of options in this bracket, but not all of them deliver the same level of immersion. You will have to choose between virtual processing and dedicated hardware, like up-firing speakers for height effects in a true 3D audio space. To get the most immersive experience in this range, look for a 3.1.2 configuration or higher, ensuring physical height channels rather than just software simulation. You should also look for power output, which tells how well the soundbar can fill a room without distortion, and other key features like HDMI eARC for uncompressed audio transfer, room calibration, WiFi, and Bluetooth support, etc., which are essential for the experience.
SurveyWith those factors in mind, here are some of the best Dolby Atmos soundbars you can buy in India under Rs 50,000. The list is ranked in descending order of price so that you can pick one based on your budget.
Samsung HW-Q800C/XL
Channel configuration: 5.1.2 | Power output: 360 W | Price: Rs 49,990
Samsung’s HW-Q800C sits near the top of this price segment and focuses on balanced cinematic sound. The 5.1.2 configuration includes right, left, centre, two side-firing speakers, 1 subwoofer and two up-firing drivers. These height speakers reflect sound from the ceiling to create overhead effects in Dolby Atmos content.
The system comes with an 8-inch wireless subwoofer that handles deep bass for movies and music. It comes with 360W of power and SpaceFit Sound technology to optimise the audio output. This system analyses the acoustics of the room and adjusts the equaliser automatically.
Samsung’s Q-Symphony also allows the soundbar to work alongside compatible Samsung TVs, combining both speakers for a larger soundstage.
Edifier B700
Channel configuration: 5.1.2 | Power output: 175 W | Price: Rs 44,990
The Edifier B700 focuses on accuracy rather than extreme power. Its 5.1.2 configuration includes dedicated height speakers and a wireless subwoofer.
Two upward-firing drivers create the Atmos height layer while side-firing drivers simulate surround sound. The system produces 175W of RMS power, which is enough for most living rooms.
Support for HDMI eARC ensures that lossless Dolby Atmos audio from streaming services or Blu-ray players can reach the soundbar without compression.
Sennheiser Ambeo Mini
Channel configuration: Virtual 7.1.4 | Power output: 250 W | Price: Rs 44,990
The Ambeo Mini takes a different approach to Atmos. Instead of using multiple external speakers, it relies on Sennheiser’s AMBEO virtualisation technology to simulate virtual height channels.
It has six drivers, including two front firing, two side firing and two woofers. The advanced DSP system analyses the room using built-in microphones and adjusts the sound accordingly.
The Ambeo Mini also brings HDMI 2.1 eARC and a USB-A port for connectivity.

Sonos Era 300
Channel configuration: Spatial audio driver array | Power output: six Class D amplifiers | Price: Rs 44,999
The Sonos Era 300 is designed primarily for spatial music and Dolby Atmos streaming. Its unique design includes six drivers arranged to project sound forward, sideways and upward.
One of the drivers fires directly at the ceiling to create height effects. Side drivers bounce sound off the walls to widen the stereo image.
While it works as a standalone speaker, the Era 300 is able to produce height and other channels from a single unit. It becomes more powerful when paired with other Sonos products as part of a larger home theatre system.

Blaupunkt SBW600 Xceed
Channel configuration: 9.1.4 | Power output: 700 W | Price: Rs 39,990
The Blaupunkt SBW600 Xceed is one of the most ambitious systems in this category. A 9.1.4 configuration means it has nine ear-level channels (front L/R, centre, front wide L/R, surround L/R, surround back L/R), one subwoofer and four height speakers.
What makes this setup interesting is the inclusion of up-firing drivers both on the soundbar and the rear speakers. This creates a full overhead sound field rather than just front height effects.
The system delivers 700W of power for a 360-degree home theatre-type spatial audio experience. On paper, this configuration is among the most comprehensive.
Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 6 (HT-B600)
Channel configuration: 3.1.2 | Power output: 350W | Price: Rs 39,990
Sony’s HT B600 uses a 3.1.2-channel configuration with dedicated left, centre and right drivers, along with two up-firing speakers that reflect sound off the ceiling to create overhead Atmos effects. The system delivers a total power output of around 350W and includes a wireless subwoofer for deeper bass and improved low-frequency impact.
It supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X decoding, and uses Sony’s Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force Pro Front Surround processing to expand the soundstage. Connectivity includes HDMI eARC, optical input and Bluetooth 5.3, making it easy to pair with TVs, smartphones and other devices.
However, if you prefer louder output (at 1000W) and the surround sound given by physical rear speakers, Sony’s HT-S60 could be a better pick for you. The 5.1 layout does not include dedicated height channels, but the system supports Dolby Atmos decoding.
Philips TAB8967
Channel configuration: 5.1.2 | Power output: 390W | Price: Rs 36,999
The Philips TAB8967 offers a full 5.1.2 setup with physical rear speakers and two height channels. This layout gives it a clear advantage over soundbars that rely only on virtual surround processing.
The soundbar handles the front stage while the wireless rear satellites reproduce surround effects from behind the listener. Two upward-firing drivers add the vertical dimension required for Dolby Atmos.
With 390W of power and a large wireless subwoofer, the system produces strong bass and clear dialogue. It also has built-in Chromecast, HDMI eARC, and AirPlay support, which makes it easy to stream music directly from a range of devices and services.
Zebronics Juke BAR 10000
Channel configuration: 7.2.4 | Power output: 1100 W | Price: Rs 32,998
Zebronics has packed a large number of drivers into the Juke BAR 10000. The 7.2.4 layout contains seven ear-level surround sound speakers, two subwoofers for bass, and four height channels. This arrangement allows Atmos effects to move across the room more convincingly.
With a rated power output of 1100W, this system is designed for large rooms and high-volume listening. It also includes features like karaoke support, which can come in handy at parties.
Boat Aavante Prime 7050DA
Channel configuration: 7.1.4 | Power output: 700 W | Price: Rs 26,999
The Aavante Prime 7050DA offers one of the most complete Atmos layouts in the affordable segment. The 7.1.4 configuration includes four height channels, rear speakers and a wired subwoofer.
Two up-firing drivers on the soundbar and two on the rear satellites create the overhead sound layer. This allows Atmos effects to move across the ceiling.
With 700W of power and multiple connectivity options, including HDMI eARC and Bluetooth, it offers strong value for buyers looking for a multi-speaker Atmos setup.
LG S70TY
Channel configuration: 3.1.1 | Power output: 400 W | Price: Rs 22,990
The LG S70TY focuses more on front-stage clarity than full surround immersion. Its 3.1.1 configuration includes a centre channel and a single upward-firing driver.
This height driver is designed mainly to elevate dialogue, so voices appear to come from the screen rather than below it. The soundbar also includes a wireless subwoofer for bass.
While it does not provide full Atmos surround, it still offers a noticeable upgrade over standard TV audio.
