Finding a decent laptop under 10000 price is quite difficult. At this price range, you might not even find decent renewed models for laptops. That being said, you might be able to afford a decent tablet if that will meet your needs. However, if you must have a laptop, then we would recommend that you increase your budget, at least to 20000, wherein you still have a few options.
