Panasonic has announced the launch of the Eluga Turbo smartphone priced at Rs. 10,999. The Turbo is available on Snapdeal for Rs. 10,999 through online pre-registrations from January 22, 2016 with sales starting on January 27, 2016. Coming to the specifications of the Eluga Turbo, the device has a 5-inch IPS 720p display, 1.5GHz 64bit octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone has 32GB built-in storage expandable to an additional 32GB via a microSD card. The rear of the smartphone has a 13MP camera and the front has a 5MP selfie camera. The Eluga Turbo measures 6.95mm in thickness and a 2350mAh battery powers the entire package.

Panasonic India today announced the release of its futuristic and upgradable smartphone – Eluga Turbo. The device is facilitated with a high capacity 3GB RAM and Octa Core processing features which will support future OS updates and richer application functionality. The Turbo is available on leading online shopping portal Snapdeal at a best price of Rs. 10,999 through online pre-registrations from 22nd January, 2016 with sales beginning on 27th January, 2016.
With more smartphones shifting to 4G, Panasonic has forayed into launching 4G models in its Eluga series. The Eluga Turbo includes other connectivity options such as Dual SIM – 4G/3G + 2G, Wi-Fi Hot Spot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, and Global Positioning System (A-GPS). Its impressive 1.5 GHz 64 bit Octa Core processor with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB Internal memory, expandable by another 32 GB, sets it apart from the other smartphones in the ELUGA series.
The Turbo is powered by Android 5.1 (Lollipop) and a 1.5 GHz Octa Core processor. It comprises of Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 on the front and Japan based Asahi’s Dragontrail glass on the back, with a sleek 6.95mm profile featuring on a 12.7 cm (5 inch) IPS display which renders wider viewing angles and great daylight readability. The Turbo comes with a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash supporting 30fps/Full HD 1080p video recording and a 5 MP front camera and runs on a mega 2350mAh capacity battery for longer operations. It is available in multi colours such as Marine Blue, Champagne Gold and Rose Gold.
The Eluga Turbo comes with the FitHome user interface developed exclusively by Panasonic, which permits single thumb-flick access to applications on the home screen.
