The Vivo V80 features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 2750x1260 resolution, up to a 144Hz refresh rate, 459ppi pixel density, P3 wide colour gamut and up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness. It is powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and the official Vivo India specifications currently list an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration, using LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The camera system consists of a 50MP ZEISS OIS main camera using the Sony LYTIA 700V sensor, a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide-angle camera. A 50MP ZEISS Group Selfie Camera with autofocus is placed on the front. The rear cameras support 4K 60fps video recording and Vivo's cinematic video modes.
