As per the reports, Oppo will follow a dual foldable strategy this year, starting with the launch of Oppo Find N6. The device is said to debut in China in February, followed by a global rollout in March. The Find N6 is said to target performance-focused users and could be powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM.

Oppo foldable specs

In terms of design and hardware, the Find N6 is expected to have an 8.12-inch 2K LTPO OLED inner display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 6.62-inch AMOLED outer screen. The form factor is expected to be similar to the current Find N5. Camera hardware could include a 200MP primary sensor, as well as 50MP telephoto and ultra-wide cameras. The foldable is also said to have a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery and support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, while weighing around 225 grams.

The Oppo Find N7, on the other hand, appears to be the second foldable in development. According to the report, this model is positioned as a direct competitor to Apple’s first foldable iPhone and could be released in September, possibly alongside Apple’s own foldable debut.

Unlike the Find N6, the Find N7 is expected to have a wider, book-style design, similar to the original Oppo Find N. This passport-like aspect ratio is thought to closely resemble the dimensions Apple plans to use for its foldable iPhone. While the Find N7’s exact specifications are unknown, it is expected to use similar camera and battery hardware as the Find N6.
