Samsung has brought back the Galaxy Fit series in India with the launch of Galaxy Fit3, an affordable fitness tracker with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display. This wearable will give users access to Samsung fitness and wellness tracking and could serve as a decent alternative to smartwatches from less reliable brands dominating the affordable smartphone segment.
Samsung Galaxy Fit3 Price and Availability
Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is available for Rs. 4,999 on Samsung.com and other retail stores. The wearable is available in Gray, Silver, Pink Gold colours and you can also avail of an extra Rs. 500 card discount as part of the launch offer.

Samsung Galaxy Fit3 Features
The Galaxy Fit3 has a light aluminium body (36.8 grams; 18.6 grams without the strap) and features a 5ATM rating and IP68-rated water and dust resistance. The 1.6-inch AMOLED display has 2.5D Curved Glass on top. From what we can make out from the marketing images, the bezel is not uniform and is thicker at the bottom.
Samsung claims that the 208mAh battery on the tracker will last for up to 13 days. Galaxy Fit3 can sync with your phone and Samsung Health over Bluetooth 5.3.
You can track activity stats, around 100 workouts, heart rate, sleep and other fitness and wellness-related stats. Built-in sensors include a Barometer and can detect accidental falls. The Galaxy Fit3 will then push an SOS message to your emergency contacts.
All the basic smart features are also supported. You can check your phone’s notifications and reply to messages directly from the wearable. You can also use it as a remote camera shutter button and control music playback from your wrist.
