Micromax announces 42-inch and 49-inch Android powered 4K Ultra HD TV's in India starting at Rs 39,990.
Domestic manufacturer Micromax has launched its first 4K Ultra High Definition television range in India. The 4K UHD TVs are available exclusively via online retailer Flipkart for Rs.39,990 for the 42-inch variant and Rs.49,990 for the 49-inch model.
The Micromax 42-inch 4K Ultra HD TV supports 178 degree viewing angle and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It comes with a dual-core CPU and dual-core GPU with 2GB DDR3 RAM and 2.2 GB memory expandable up to 32 GB. The television supports Miracast to pair your smartphone, mirroring its content on the TV and has a smart remote with gravity sensors and voice command search.
The 49-inch 4K Ultra HD variant features 178 degree viewing angle. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) and gives quick access to Facebook, Twitter, Gmail and more. It has a dual-core CPU and quad-core GPU coupled with 1GB DDR3 RAM, 2.5GB in-built memory expandable up to 32GB. The television comes with preloaded with popular games including Riptide, Turbofly and Speedx3d.
The 4K Ultra High Definition televisions come preloaded with Google Play Store, and support WiFi connectivity. They supports M! Screen to share data on a home network via DLNA by pairing smartphone or a tablet with the television.
