The Mi A3 is an Android One device, which means it runs on the vanilla version of Android, more commonly known as stock Android. An Android One smartphone brings with it the promise of two Android version updates in its lifetime. The Mi A3 shipped with Android 9 out of the box and even during the Android 10 update, the smartphone faced issues. The Android 10 update for the Mi A3 was halted twice, and you can learn more about it here.
