Xiaomi’s next numbered flagship series, the Xiaomi 14 has been doing rounds on the internet in rumours and leaks till now. But finally, the Chinese brand has now announced the launch date of the Xiaomi 14 series. Interestingly, the brand has also announced that this smartphone series will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, which also rolled out today.
Xiaomi 14 series specifications
Qualcomm has just announced its latest flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 at the Snapdragon Summit in Maui, US. Along with that, many brands have confirmed the processor in their upcoming smartphone and Xiaomi is one of them. Xiaomi has confirmed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series.

Apart from that, the brand also showed the first look of the smartphone in a Greyish colour at the event. Previously, the brand also confirmed the Leica-tuned cameras in the upcoming series.
Speaking of the processor, Qualcomm calls it the “Titan of on-device intelligence”. It is a 4nm chipset that is 30 percent more powerful and 20 percent more efficient than its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
Xiaomi 14 series launch date
Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch the Xiaomi 14 series in China on October 26 at 19:00 PM (4:30 PM IST). It is expected that the Xiaomi 14 series will include two models: the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. Further, the smartphone series could launch in India after a few months of China launch.

The Xiaomi 14 series will be the first Xiaomi smartphones to feature its new HyperOS. Further, the Xiaomi 14 is expected to feature a 6.44-inch Huaxing C8 OLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. There might be a 4600mAh battery with 90-watt wired fast charging support and 50-watt wireless fast charging support.
