Vivo is gearing up to unveil its next flagship lineup, the Vivo X300 series, expected to include the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro models. While the company hasn’t yet confirmed an official launch date, multiple leaks have surfaced online revealing design details, key specifications, and pricing information. Like previous models, the upcoming X300 series is expected to bring significant improvements in terms of imaging, performance, and AI-powered enhancements.

Recently, Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao confirmed that the standard Vivo X300 will feature a custom HPB 200-megapixel primary rear camera with “exceptional” zooming and cropping capabilities, “commonly used” portrait focal lengths and an f/1.7 aperture. The sensor is claimed to retain 50-megapixel resolution. It is also said to be equipped with an APO telephoto lens with “high-resolution and crisp landscape portraits.” Here’s what we know about the Vivo X300 series’ expected price, specifications, and other details.

Under the hood, both phones will be powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, the first devices to use the new flagship processor. The handsets will run on Android 16-based OriginOS 6, which is set to bring refreshed design elements and new AI-driven capabilities. The India launch of OriginOS 6 is expected on October 15, shortly after its debut in China.

For photography, Vivo has confirmed that the lineup will feature a Zeiss 2.35x telephoto zoom lens, alongside a 200MP periscope sensor. Interestingly, the company also plans to sell a dedicated teleconverter accessory, allowing users to adjust the camera’s focal length for more versatility.

On the display front, the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO OLED panel from BOE, while the Pro variant will offer a 6.78-inch flat display. The standard X300 may pack a 6,040mAh unit, while the X300 Pro could feature a 6,510mAh battery, with both supporting 90W fast charging.

In terms of design, both devices will measure 7.95mm in thickness and feature a lightweight build. However, Vivo hasn’t clarified whether this measurement includes the camera bump.

Additionally, the Pro variant is rumoured to launch in Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, and Pure Black colour options. It could feature a velvet glass finish, a rounded camera module, and ultra-slim bezels, giving the device a clean, premium aesthetic.

As for pricing, reports suggest the X300 could be priced at around Rs 69,999, while the Vivo X300 Pro could come with a price tag of around Rs 99,999 in India, with a possible launch window between December 5 and 15, 2025.
