The Vivo X300 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, and packs a 6,510 mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging support. Up front, the phone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2800 × 1260 (1.5K+) resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
