Redmi India has confirmed the launch date of Redmi 10A to be April 20, 2022. This new budget phone from the brand will be coming with modest hardware like MediaTek Helio G25 chipset, up to 4GB RAM, 64GB of storage, HD+ LCD display, a 13MP rear camera, and a 5MP selfie snapper. There will also be a fairly big 5000mAh battery in the casing. For the sub-₹10K price it is expected to come in, the phone is likely to have a polycarbonate chassis.

Redmi 10A could sport a 6.53-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, 400 nits of brightness, and a waterdrop notch. Within this, you may expect a 5MP camera for selfies. Flip to the other side and there you may find a 13MP solo camera. 

By the back, there could be a fingerprint scanner too. Unlocking the device, you may get MIUI 12.5 software. The Android version on the Chinese variant is Android 11. Still, let’s see if Redmi sticks to this for the Indian market.

The hardware under the hood may comprise of MediaTek Helio G25 chipset along with PowerVR8320 GPU. Other things you may get with the device are WiFi, Bluetooth, and a Micro-USB port.

The Xiaomi subbrand is expected to price the Redmi 10A at ₹8,999 for the 3GB+32GB model, while the 4GB+64GB variant could be available at ₹9,999.
