Realme 16 Pro series launch date in India
The Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ will be launched in India on January 6, 2026. The launch event will begin at 12 PM IST and will be livestreamed on Realme’s official YouTube channel and social media platforms. After the launch, the smartphones will be available for purchase via Flipkart, Realme’s official online store, and retail channels.
The Realme 16 Pro+ is expected to feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. In terms of battery, the phone could pack a massive 7,000mAh battery along with fast charging support.
For photography, the Realme 16 Pro+ could sport a 200MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom. On the front, users can expect a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls.
On the other hand, the Realme 16 Pro could sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It may be powered by either the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 or MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. Furthermore, the phone is expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. In terms of cameras, the Realme 16 Pro could house a 200MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, there may be a 50MP camera.
Realme 16 Pro series price in India
The Realme 16 Pro could be priced at around Rs 30,000, while the Realme 16 Pro+ is expected to cost between Rs 35,000 and Rs 38,000 in India.
