Poco India head hints at X6 Neo launch while taking digs on Realme 12: Know more

Poco recently released two X6 series smartphones in the market, the POCO X6 5G and the POCO X6 Pro 5G. These smartphones packed some really value-for-money specifications. And now we hear that the company is all set to add another smartphone to the list. The Poco X6 Neo is expected to launch this month itself. Read along to get more details.

The news was hinted at by Poco India head, Himanshu Tandon himself. Tandon took to Twitter to express his views on the recently launched Realme 12 5G. He called out the smartphones’ Dimensity 6100+ chipset and LCD screen as red flags for the price segment of Rs 17,000. He further said that their Poco M6 5G, which is priced at around ₹10,000 has the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chip. He concluded the tweet with #PocoX6Neo.

Now, it seems like the big guys at the smartphone companies have some sort of trend going on where they subtly create conversations around their upcoming launches on X. Nothing’s Carl “Bhai” is one such example. So we expect that the Poco X6 Neo will also be out soon.

Speaking of the device, it has already received the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. The smartphone could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13 5G with slight alterations here and there. We could get to see a 120Hz OLED display on the upcoming smartphone. The Poco X6 Neo could also include a 5,000 mAh battery and offer 33-watt fast charging support.
