For quite some time, there have been rumours about the Oppo Find X7 series. This series is expected to include two models: Find X7 and X7 Pro. Now, a tipster has revealed the camera specifications of the upcoming Find X7 Pro smartphone model.
Tipster Digital Chat Station revealed on the Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo that the Find X7 Pro smartphone is expected to be the world’s first smartphone with dual periscope telephoto cameras, reports Gizmochina.
The leak also suggested that the X7 Pro is expected to feature a quad-camera setup, marking a departure from the triple-camera arrangement seen in its predecessor.
As per the leak, the Find X7 Pro’s rear camera setup will likely consist of a 50MP LYT-900 primary camera with a 1-inch size, promising exceptional image quality.
Additionally, the device could feature a 50MP IMX890 sensor featuring a 1/1.56-inch size and 2.7x optical zoom, alongside a 50MP IMX858 sensor with a 1/2.4-inch size and 6x optical zoom. Rumours suggest that the Find X7 Pro’s camera setup is expected to include a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
The tipster further revealed that the Find X7 Pro’s camera setup will likely be powered by a new XCD solution, providing improved colour calibration in partnership with Hasselblad. This camera system on the Find X7 Pro is anticipated to deliver a versatile and high-quality photography experience.
While the Find X7 Pro is expected to pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the Find X7 will likely be equipped with the Dimensity 9300 SoC.
There is speculation that the Find X7 series could be announced before the Chinese Spring Festival 2024. This suggests that the upcoming Find X7 lineup will likely be unveiled by the end of January or in early February.
