The OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro support Warp Charge 30T, letting users juice up the device from zero to about 70% battery in 30 minutes. If you thought that's fast, we say, think again. An even faster-charging technology that employs 65W fast charging is already available in the market. In fact, a number of devices including the Oppo Find X 2 Pro and the Oppo Reno Ace have already embraced 65W fast charging. Other devices like the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro support 50W fast charging as well.
Fast charging as a technology has been instrumental in getting smartphones to charge faster when plugged in. The OnePlus 8 Pro also supports fast wireless charging as well, but the OnePlus 8 does not support wireless charging.
It was the OnePlus 3 and 3T that introduced fast charging to OnePlus devices via dash charge. This supported 20W fast charging. With the OnePlus 6T, OnePlus moved to Warp charge, claiming the smartphone could charge 50% in 20 min.

The OnePlus 8 Pro with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage starts at Rs 54,999 while the top variant with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage starts Rs 59,999.
