Motorola One Fusion+ has launched in India just a few hours ago and is a mid-range offering from Motorola. The phone brings 64MP quad cameras to the table along with a high-resolution display, pop-up selfie camera and powerful chipset under the hood. 

The One Fusion+ was announced on June 8 for the European market and now has arrived in India to take on the likes of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Realme 6 Pro and Poco X2. Let’s take a brief look at the specifications, pricing and availability of the Motorola One Fusion+ and all the alternatives you can consider.

Motorola One Fusion+ price and availability

Motorola One Fusion+ is priced at Rs 16,499 and will be available in a single variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes in two colours to choose from– Twilight Blue and Moonlight White. The One Fusion+ goes on sale from 12 PM, June 24 on Flipkart.

Motorola One Fusion+ Alternatives

Motorola One Fusion+ is a mid-range phone that goes up against the likes of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, Poco X2 and Realme 6 Pro. The three competing phones are priced at Rs 16,499, Rs 17,499 and Rs 17,999 respectively but the base variants only come with 64GB storage. So do keep that in mind while going for either of these phones if you want more storage on your phone.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has a 6.67-inch display with a punch-hole cutout in the centre for the selfie camera. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and has a 64MP quad-camera array on the back similar to the One Fusion+. There is a 32MP selfie camera on the front and the phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging out of the box. It starts at Rs 16,499 for the base variant with 64GB storage, Rs 17,999 for the variant with 128GB storage and Rs 19,999 for the top-end model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Realme 6 Pro offers a 90Hz high-refresh-rate display and is powered by the same Snapdragon 720G chipset as the Note 9 Pro Max. The rear camera setup consists of a primary 64MP camera, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro sensor. The phone has two selfie cameras on the front, a 16MP primary and 8MP ultra-wide camera on the front. It has a 4,300mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging. The Realme 6 Pro starts at Rs 17,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, Rs 18,999 for the 128GB storage option and Rs 19,999 for the top-end model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Poco X2 is also a strong contender with a 120Hz high refresh rate display, Snapdragon 730G and 64MP quad cameras on the back. The X2 has dual selfie cameras on the front that consist of a primary 20MP camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging. The Poco X2 starts at Rs 17,499 for the base variant with 6GB RAM/64GB storage, Rs 18,499 for the 128GB storage option and Rs 21,499 for the top-end variant.

Motorola One Fusion+ specifications

Motorola One Fusion+ features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone has a polycarbonate chassis and is 9.6 millimetres thin, weighing in at 210 grams.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 618 GPU. This is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage with an option to expand the storage via microSD card. Being a Motorola smartphone, it runs on Android 10 out-of-the-box with some pre-installed apps and features like Moto Actions.

The One Fusion+ comes with a quad-camera setup that uses a 64MP as it’s the primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118-degree field-of-view, a 5MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s a 16MP pop-up selfie camera on the front housed within a motorized module. The rear cameras can shoot in 4K UHD at upto 30FPS supported by electronic image stabilization. 

Motorola One Fusion+ comes fitted with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging out-of-the-box.
