Internal vendors from China like Huawei, Lenovo and ZTE shipped 27 million units in April-June 2013. Other global brands like HTC, BlackBerry, Nokia, Sony, LG and Motorala shipped nearly 10 million units combined.
Samsung remains the leader with nearly 24% of the market share followed by Nokia and local vendors like Micromax and Karbonn. Apple has been ousted from the top five for the first time in India due to these local vendors.
