Lenovo Vibe S1 with dual front cameras launched at Rs. 15,999

Lenovo has launched the Vibe S1 in India. The device is priced at Rs. 15,999 and will be available on Amazon India from midnight today. The highlight of the S1 is that it come with dual front facing cameras. The primary front camera is an 8MP unit with a 2MP secondary front camera. Dual front cameras allow users to change the focus of the photo after it is taken, blur the background, or cut out certain parts of the photograph. At the back of phone is a single 13MP camera with phase detection autofocus.
Other specifications of the phone include a 5-inch Full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device is powered by a MediaTek MT6752 SoC octa-core processor clocked in at 1.7Ghz with 3GB RAM and runs Android Lollipop. The phone comes with 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded by up to 128GB and has a 2500mAh battery. The Vibe S1 comes with a hybrid SIM slot, in which the second SIM slot can either be used for a SIM or a microSD card. The phone is 7.8mm thick at its thickest point and weighs 132 grams. It also has a metal edge and a curved Gorilla Glass 3 back.
Last month, Lenovo launched the Vibe P1 and the P1m in India. Both devices had a focus on battery life and came with 5000mAh and 4000mAh batteries respectively. The Lenovo Vibe P1 is priced at Rs. 15,999 and comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC and 2GB RAM. The device comes with 32GB of storage and at the back is a 13MP camera with a 5MP front camera. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor and runs Android Lollipop v5.1. The Lenovo Vibe P1m is priced at Rs. 7,999 and comes with a 5-inch HD display. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6735P SoC with 2GB RAM. The device comes with 16GB of storage and runs Android Lollipop v5.1. There is an 8MP camera at the back of the P1m while at the front is a 5MP camera.
