The Redmi family of phones are value-centric smartphones from Xiaomi. There are several Redmi phones to satiate your phone needs at different price ranges. Here, we have listed them in descending order of their price tags. This should make your purchase decision simpler. Hope you find the best Redmi phone that fits your bill.

1. Redmi K50i 5G

Redmi K50i marks the return of K-series to India after a long hiatus. It sports a 144Hz FHD+ Dolby Vision LCD display. The software offered is Android 12 (but you can upgrade it to Android 13). Redmi has powered the device with a fairly powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. You also get faster UFS 3.1 storage on this device. The camera setup is versatile including a 64MP primary, an 8MP ultrawide, a 2MP macro, and a 16MP selfie taker. For connectivity, there is a fairly modern WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 support. The device is kept on by a big 5080mAh battery bolstered by high-speed 67W charging.

Go for this one if you want a very reliable Redmi phone when it comes to performance and power efficiency. It misses out on an AMOLED screen and has some camera inconsistencies but other than that, it’s pretty much a solid offering for the price.

2. Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G

Note series is one of the most popular lineups from Xiaomi. It was once known as a budget-centric phone series but over the years has risen in price. Now, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ model’s base variant stands close to ₹30,000 but brings some interesting features for that price. This includes a 120Hz FHD+ OLED Dolby Vision screen on the front and a whopping 200MP primary camera at the back. You can record up to 4K 30fps on this phone.

Go for this one if you want the best Redmi Note series phone (under ₹30,000) that’s also wielding some exciting features.

3. Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G

If you want something more affordable, then right in the Note lineup, there is Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G that boasts a 120Hz FHD+ Dolby Vision OLED display, a 50MP+8MP+2MP triplet, 4K30 fps video recording, Android 12-based MIUI 13 software, and a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. So, the relatively slower charging speed, a lighter build, a lower megapixel main camera, and a smaller storage variant are some of the differences it has from the Plus model.

Go for this one if you want the best Redmi phone under ₹25,000.

4. Redmi Note 12 5G

Redmi Note 12 5G is the cheapest Redmi Note series phone priced below ₹17,000 (at the moment). We wouldn’t recommend the 4GB model unless you are tight on budget. On the front of the phone, there is a 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display. Unlock the device and you get an Android 13-based MIUI 13 software. This is laid on top of a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. The cameras include a 48MP+8MP+2MP triple rear camera setup and a 13MP selfie snapper. Under the hood, there is also a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

Go for this one if you want something even more budget-friendly.

5. Redmi 11 Prime 5G

Redmi 11 Prime 5G is an entry-level phone but brings 5G thanks to a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The phone relies on a 5000mAh battery with 18W rapid charging support. The software given is Android 12 with MIUI 13 skin on top. For your photography needs, there is a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth lens, and a 5MP selfie clicker. The front screen is a 90Hz IPS LCD with 1080p resolution.

Go for this one if you want a highly affordable 5G-capable Redmi phone. This could prove value for money purchase.
