The Honor View 20 is all set to go on sale in India very soon via Amazon. The smartphone pre-booking has already started with an offer to get free headphones worth Rs 2,999 for those who will pre-book the device before the sale. The phone is powered by the latest Kirin 980 processor and come with a 48MP primary camera. On the other hand, its predecessor Honor View 10, which was launched last year with Kirin 970 chipset is one of the powerful devices that has been released by the company last year. Let’s compare the two phones to see how the new device is different from what we have seen last year.
Honor View 20 vs Honor View 10: Display
The Honor View 20 sports a 6.39-inch FHD+ all view display that offers a resolution of 2310 x 1080 pixels. The device screen-to-body ratio is 91.8% as it has a punch hole cut out design at the front for the selfie-camera.
On the other hand, the Honor View 10 has a slightly smaller 5.99-inch full HD+ display that comes with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It offers a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. The phone does not have a notch on top like most of the other smartphones are in the market as its screen-to-body ratio is 78.4%.

The Honor View 20 is powered by the latest Kirin 980 octa-core processor. It has a liquid cooling system, which as per the company can cool down a wide area of heating to sustain a smooth gaming experience. Besides that, the GPU turbo 2.0 also gives you a full frame gaming experience, while the triple antenna wifi technology makes sure that the WiFi connection stay strong doesn’t matter how you hold the phone while gaming. The phone comes in the 8GB/256GB storage variant.
The Honor View 10 is not so behind as it is backed by Kirin 970 octa-core processor, which is clocked at 2.3GHz. The phone packs 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory that is expandable to up to 256GB via a microSD card.
Honor View 20 vs Honor View 10: Cameras
The Honor View 20 has a 48MP camera at the back, which is paired with dual-NPU and dual-ISP. The 48MP camera is accompanied by TOF- the time of flight 3D camera. At the front, there is a punch hole cutout for a 25 MP selfie-camera. It is the world’s phone that comes with a dual NPU chipset, which according to the company can recognize hundreds of categories in real time and process 4500 pictures per minute.
The Honor View 10 has a dual 20MP + 16MP rear camera that comes with a lot of modes including Portrait mode and wide aperture mode. The AI-powered camera can also recognize the unidentified object in the frame and open special mode for it. On the front, it has a 13MP sensor.
Honor View 20 vs Honor View 10: Battery
The Honor View 20 is backed by 4000mAh battery that comes with supercharge 5V 4A. According to the company, within 30 minutes of charging it can charge the phone to up to 50 percent.
The Honor View 10 is backed by 3,700mAh battery that supports fast charging and comes with a power management system.
