Samsung Galaxy event on Sept 4: Galaxy S25 FE, Tab S11 series and more expected

Earlier this week, Apple announced that it will host its fall event on September 9, where it is expected to unveil the iPhone 17 series. Well, ahead of Apple’s big day, Samsung will be hosting its own event. Although Samsung has several major devices in the works, like its XR headset, a tri-fold smartphone and the Galaxy S26 series, this event is expected to be smaller in scale. The lack of “Unpacked” branding hints that none of those flagship devices will launch just yet.

When and where to watch Samsung Galaxy Event 2025

Samsung’s Galaxy event will take place next week on September 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM IST. You can watch the event live on Samsung’s official YouTube channel or on the company’s website.

Samsung Galaxy Event 2025: What to expect

According to the announcement, the event will reveal a wide range of devices, ranging from “premium AI tablets to the newest member of the Galaxy S25 family.” The focus is expected to be on the Galaxy S25 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11 series. The Galaxy S25 FE is rumoured to swap the Snapdragon 8 Elite in the S25+ for the Exynos 2400 while keeping most of the core features intact. 

The Galaxy Tab S11 series is not expected to come with major changes from last year, especially for the 14.6-inch Ultra model. Samsung will likely bring back the 11-inch version while skipping the 12.4-inch model. There is also possibility that Samsung might showcase the recently launched Galaxy Buds 3 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite at the event.

With phones and tablets lined up, the Galaxy event will likely give fans plenty to talk about ahead of Apple’s fall announcements.
