HIGHLIGHTS

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth took to Twitter to confirm the launch of the soundbar.

Realme’s Twitter handle has confirmed the launch of the security camera.

The online event will start at 12:30 PM on October 7.

It looks like Realme will launch a host of devices on October 7. The company has already confirmed the launch of their upcoming 55-inch 4K SLED TV and you can learn more about that here

Realme 100W Soundbar

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has taken to Twitter to announce that the company will also launch a 100W soundbar alongside the TV. His tweet reads, “For a complete cinematic experience, we will be launching #realme100WSoundbar alongside #realmeSmartSLEDTV. Now #BringTheCinemaHome”. Little is known from the image that Madhav has tweet apart from the fact that the soundbar will have a slim subwoofer and physical control on top of the soundbar.

Back in May, Realme’s Twitter handle had tweeted, “That's not all! Introducing another surprise in today's #LeapToNext launch – 100W #realmeSoundbar. It comes with 4 speakers & a subwoofer to offer you a next-level surround sound experience”. The image in this tweet looks very similar to the soundbar that Madhav Sheth tweeted. So, it is possible that the soundbar could house 4 drivers. There is no information on the price of the upcoming 100W Realme soundbar.

Realme Smart Cam 360-degrees

The Realme Link Twitter handle has tweeted, “Keep a close eye on everything, in and around the house with the 360-degree Vision and 24/7 Protection ensured by the #realmeSmartCam. Launching at 12:30 PM, 7th Oct on all our official channels”.

The image tweeted highlights 1080p video recording for the camera along with a 360-degree panoramic vision. Realme showed off its security camera during its IFA 2020 presentation.  Some features highlighted include full-HD video recording along with 3D noise cancellation algorithm to improve image quality. For its panoramic view, the camera has a mechanical gimbal that achieves this. It also supports a microSD card for recording, up to 128GB. The camera also supports a Night Vision Mode. It also boasts of motion detection, two-way voice and real-time alerts.

As mentioned above, one of the key highlights is the 55-inch SLED TV that powers the TV. It will be interesting to see how SLED distinguishes itself from traditional LED and QLED TVs available today and more importantly, at what price point.
